Underwriting Job Market in Europe

Hi all,

I'm an EU-citizen with 10+ years of experience in insurance (underwriting). For the past 2 years I was looking for similar roles in Western Europe (the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, etc.) but with no luck.

I think my key problems are that I don't speak local languages (only English) and my degrees are unrelated (linguistics and political science).

Wanted to get everyone's opinions about the current job market. How realistic is it to change jobs with experience, but unrelated education and no local language skills? Are there any good alternatives to Linkedin/indeed for job search?

Thanks.

Kėbulo remontas

Sveiki, galbūt rekomenduotumėte nebrangų automobilių kėbulų (Toyota Yaris) remonto meistrą Vilniuje? Reikia sutvarkyti rūdis ant bagažinės. Ačiū.
