What are the most popular EVs from non-Chinese Automakers in your country?

A lot of the media talks about how Chinese Automakers are taking over Latin America. But that makes me curious what EVs by sales, reputation, etc from non-Chinese automakers are popular in your country? Also does brand loyalty play any part in the decision to buy an EV from these automakers. Since Nissan and Chevy I know are very popular in Mexico with Nissan being declared a “famous brand”. Are people who traditionally buying Nissan also buying vehicles like the Leaf at all?

How does the 2026 Nissan Leaf compare to its rivals in its class in Europe?

The Leaf is one of Nissan’s “heartbeat models”. Basically a model that embody’s the brand’s identity, emotional value, and innovation, rather than focusing solely on high sales volume. So that makes me curious how it compares to its near peer competitors in the increasingly competitive European EV Market?

Charging for colors has become pretty common, but I cannot understand charging $1k for White and $2K for Black paint options on the top trim R2. Is there any reason for this?
