What's new?

• Distance Legs instead of a Solid Rim: You can now generate the clock with 3 support legs on the back rather than a continuous outer frame.
• Faster & Cheaper: This drastically reduces print time and saves a good amount of filament!
• Integrated Mount: The wall mount keyhole has been fully integrated into the top leg for a secure and clean fit.

You still get the perfect wall clearance, just with much less wasted material. The original solid-rim version is still available if you prefer that style.

Hi everyone, I want to share a very positive experience with Elegoo customer service.

I was repeatedly getting error 103 on my printer. I sent my first email to their support 7 days ago. The first response came within 24 hours, asking for proof of the error, specifically a video, photos, and basic information about the printer. I sent them everything they needed, and the second response came within another 24 hours. After that, they promptly shipped replacement parts to solve the entire issue.

I am very satisfied with Elegoo's approach and overall service. I will be installing these new parts on the printer soon, and I really hope everything will be fine so I can print without any problems.

First of all, thanks for all the great feedback on the previous versions. I’ve just pushed a massive update to my parametric models (both the Namebox Organizers and the Modular Lightboxes), and I wanted to share the biggest new feature with you all.

✨ What's New: You are no longer limited to a small, pre-defined list of fonts! I've fully integrated the Customizer with the Google Fonts library. This means you can now search and choose from over 8,000 different fonts directly in the MakerWorld Customizer when generating your model.

💡 Pro Tip: Since scrolling through thousands of fonts can be overwhelming, I highly recommend visitingfonts.google.comfirst. Find the exact style you like, and then just type its name into the Customizer!

I’m posting this here because Elegoo needs to see this directly. I recently bought the new Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2. Like anyone buying a new machine, I expected a reliable printer out of the box.

Instead, I have a printer with barely 20 hours of print time that has already thrown Error Code 103 THREE times.

I am not writing this to ask the community for DIY workarounds. I am well aware of the known issues with the USB-C cable design, the toolhead boards, or the hotend. But that is exactly the point: I shouldn't have to troubleshoot, rebuild, or modify a brand new printer after less than a day of printing.

This is a profound disappointment. When I buy a new product, I expect it to work. I didn't pay for an immediate repair project. If this is the current state of Elegoo's Quality Control and product testing, it is completely unacceptable.

Really happy with how this turned out! I engraved Tommy Shelby on a 3mm white MDF board. To display it properly, I designed and 3D printed a custom thematic frame using a frame generator model I created.

The frame features integrated wall mounts on the back and custom embossed text on the front.
