So I had decided to Buy Parts from Amazon
And everything except the processor was delivered correctly, I tried to recover my money but there's no way to get it back. I have to go back to studying in like 1 month IDK when I'll come back, I need an APU
Amazon is totally ghosting me. I’ve emailed the Grievance Officer, ECR, and Jeff/Amit emails. I’ve spoken to agents named Suyog, Sukunya, Jerrin, Mahi, Zeba, and Jennilisa. Every single one of them gives me the same scripted runaround.
Today, I got a "final" email from an agent named Aditya B saying "all necessary actions have been taken" and they won't do anything else. They are basically telling me to get lost despite having video proof.
