If you make a purchase that states NWT do you expect it to have the tags regardless if they show on the pictures?

Our condo is in Florida. We have been renting it out, in the 3rd year and want to sell it at the end of the lease and just be done with it.

We loose about 300 per month and cannot possibly raise the rent any more but the HOA keeps rising. Value has gone down so much we will need to bring cash to the table to get out of it as well.

We are still working and my tax preparer said that we can't even claim all the losses because we make over 80,000 per year. I just don't understand this at all. How do professional landlords make any money if this so. Are we penalized because we happen to make more than 80,000? Just doesn’t make sense to me.
Can someone explain this to me cause my ex tax person isn’t good with a lot of questions, that’s why we don’t use him anymore.
If we can’t claim any of the losses should we just sell even if we need to bring money to the table? TIA

I know some may think this is stupid but I hate mascara these days!!! I have tried sooo many brands and they all clump, even the ones that say they don’t. Not sure if it’s because my lashes are so thin or what but it’s hardly worse the aggravation anymore. I don’t wear it every day only when I go out but I’m so frustrated. The last one I had that I loved was years ago, which they don’t make anymore. Anyone have this problem?
