Poshmark has broken my heart too many times these past 6+ months.

I can’t believe once upon a time I was able to literally make a full time income from the platform. It Covered rent, bills , groceries and whatever my children needed.

Currently, I have made not one sale at all this month so far. (sales have declined more and more after every change/update)

Hopefully they revert to a system that actually works. I put my closet on vacation mode as far as it could go and just deleted the app for now.

People are still shopping so it’s NOT an economy issue. Poshmark needs to get their stuff together.

The new app update is 0% user friendly for sellers and buyers, searching for items is almost impossible. Why is the main page showing users clothing that’s not even their size when we have selected what size we wear in the app.

Poshmark was my first “love” for selling items. I guess that’s why it hurts so much lol

Mine are super slow, and lately only lowball offers, but I’ve been busy elsewhere so zero time invested lately , so I know part of it’s on me.

How’s your closet doing? What trends are you noticing? Either from buyers, PM itself etc?

Poshmark used to put items in my poshmark feed in my size. Now with new update it appears to be all random sizes. Am I mistaken?

I sell new pottery barn, west elm, Williams Sonoma items (their distribution center is in my city and they send torn package items to a clearance center that I buy from. Everything is completely new) I usually do very well and get maybe 1/3 retail and sell very quickly. I’m marking down to 1/5 or less on brand new, still-carried in store linens and housewares and still cannot sell well the last two months. I’m moving soon and have to sell quicker. Anyone have advice on a different platform (not eBay) that may be better. Obviously I can’t cross-list as that option is gone so it’s a risk to list elsewhere. How is this category on mercari? Sorry but if I ask in a different forum nobody is going to give me advice on a category they sell in lol!

where did it go? this seems like a crazy choice

I have a big closet and for items that don’t sale after a certain period, I run a clearance sale. However since this update, I’m unable to send any offers higher than 60%

I always do rounds of 10,20,30,40 and 50%…however once I hit 60%, every item fails! The bulk “offers to likers” tool will now force you to skip them.

Has Poshmark introduced a pricing threshold offers?

This will be a wonderful tool in helping with prices, are they too high , too low or just right. It will definitely be a powerful tool to have as a seller. Now , I have to check all my listings and adjust accordingly 😊

I'm trying to work on my Posh Ambassador II and it seems like theyve completely removed the sharing option from the home screen? Now to share you have to go into each individual listing and then share, which is just fucking insane and I will not be doing.

I don't understand what they are doing. Isn't sharing supposed to be a good thing? Has anyone else noticed this or found a work around? I'm super frustrated.

edit to clarify I mean other people's listings, not my own. I know how to bulk share my closet.

Is it just me and my printer that just will not print mailing labels? Last week, I had to have one printed at a retail mailing shop because the label caused error messages. The same thing happened today. I have deleted that printer, restarted my computer (more than once) I can print a recipe, but cannot get the label pdf to print.

Have they changed the way share notifications appear? I’ve noticed they are their own tab under News now. When I add a new item to my closet, I normally like to see the list of shares. It gives me a good pulse on my items. 4 shares = don’t bother, while 100 means it’ll prob go quick. I def notice trends in my closet that way.

Now I am getting notifications like “So and so and 30 other people shared your item”, but when I click into shares I can only see a few. I know sharing just helps with the algorithm and doesn’t mean much anyway, but I liked to see them for the reason I said, and it gives me something to do when I need a lil more activity but don’t have new items to add. I would just go through my shares list and share a few things from those sellers’ closets while sitting in the school pick up line or whatever. Not something I spent a ton of time on, but easy when just watching tv or whatever.

Is this permanent? Is anyone else bothered by this? Am I just looking in the wrong place and there’s a way to see shares in the old format?

I’ve been using Poshmark now for about 4 months and I still have no idea what sharing does? I mean it says “share to followers” but who sees it? I never see items from other people I follow and I’m sure most share their listings. Is it like some type of algorithm thing to get items viewed more in search?

Did I miss something? Search function is pretty much unusable with a recent update. Searching for “my size” is now impossible. Im getting results for sizes M-5X and that’s just in the first few results. I can’t select any category besides “All” so can’t even narrow it down. Hoping this is just a glitch? ALSO I’m not trying to debate sizing but since when is an XL a size 12 equivalent? does that mean when I search for XLs they’re also going to be showing me clothing that’s in a numerical size 12?? I’m spiraling yall.
