I got the coupon in store for 20$ of hot cash but online it says I only have 5$. Do you have to enter the code on the back to use it? If so, where do you do it?

Every time I turn my computer off and back on the custom icons that I used have been reset to the generic icons. Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a way to prevent this from happening? I have the icons in a specific folder and I have not changed the name or location of them.

I have tried a hard restart so I don't know what to do.
