My laptop keeps freezing when I try to factory reset it.
My Dell laptop freezes within 5 minutes of turning it on no matter what I'm doing. I'm trying to factory reset it to just clear everything out to get it to stop freezing. The problem I am running into is that the laptop freezes in the middle of the "preparing to reset" stage which is keeping me from resetting it. How do I go about fixing this?
