25 years old male, I noticed both yesterday and today that I have streaks of bright red blood on the outside of my stool and the stool floats. For months I’ve had burping and I’ve been quite gassy. My stool has been yellowish-brown yet mostly solid yet fragments. I feel back pressure at times too so I’m not sure what is going on. I haven’t experienced constipation and stool passes out easily without any real straining. At times I’ve noticed loud bowel gurgling and I’ve also been on omeprazole for close to a week. No tiredness nor fatigue but I haven’t scheduled any appointments either. Weight has been mostly consistent but has fluctuated between 168-164 lbs.
