To me he definitely feels weaker, he needs like 10 hits to get his Super instead of 6 and with the explosion delay increased to 1.5 Secs, his DPS is not that great.
Any thoughts?

Seems balanced, nerf Grom and Mr.P.
Damian's broken and there is no debating otherwise. With these changes, Damian will be cycling supers less, enemies can find it easier to escape Damian and giving Damian more skill when trapping enemies. His Hypercharge isn't that flashy, so an increase the Hypercharge Rate should be fine to compensate the Supercharge Rate nerf.
