I am due for my next dose of TBE vaccine this spring and am breastfeeding a one month old baby. Is it safe for the baby to continue breastfeeding (my current priority) while I get the vaccine?

How long did you eat like a feral raccoon after starting breastfeeding? I am four weeks postpartum following c section (which apparently takes even more calories to heal from) and feeling like a continual bottomless pit. When does it change? Or am I stuck with constant hunger till weaning 🤣
