hey there. in 2022 i got a lenovo legion y540 from my older brother for Christmas because i tried to install windows 8.1 on my previous laptop and it wouldnt work anymore. anyway, i loved it! i could run so many games on it that i loved! but shit just wouldnt work for some reason and would happen again and again and again. then i nearly ruined my laptop and my older brother had to fix it again. this semented the stereotype in my family about me that i was bad with technology and shouldnt be trusted with complex things.

then i got a steam deck. loved it aswell even though i did feel kinda annoyed at my decision as just after i got my steam deck for another Christmas THE SWITCH 2 WAS ANNOUNCED. i did feel jealous but then tried to remember how good i had it on linux... free games... cheaper prices for games... cross saving... mods... but then my steam deck would just be buggy with me like not turning on, having an annoyingly buggy ui and linux being rather "do it yourself".

by then i was annoyed, but not reallyyyy pissed off. THEN, my hdd on my laptop started shitting itself. i cant play 2/3rds of my game library because of my hdd breaking down. i went onto a subreddit for what i should get enxt then they all recomended the BIGGEST AND BEst THING EVER WITH THEIR SDD HDD SUPER MEGA FOR 100000000$! and when i said i had no money and i was on a budget, they said that pc stuff wasnt for me (and maybe it fucking isnt) but anyway i got a hdd, 1.2tb from ebay, a reputable seller and after waiting a whole week for it, it arived! and... it was the wrong kinda port and size. now i have to refund it.

i may sound like the kinda guy who would glaze xbox or nintendo but i swear, as soon as my laptop dies fully and it can no longer turn on (which my older brother thinks will be within a year) im going to by a switch 2. at this point i dont even care about "ohh you get freedom n stuff and this n that" or "steam is sooooo good" i don't have the energy to care anymore vro...
