I want to get a car but I just don't have the money. My grandma has one, but she is very stingy and won't let we drive it. So I was wondering if there was a car for $1-2

I am trying to make a retro pc build! I just don't have the money for the psu or monitor. (I have a CRT but don't know if works) any ideas on how to get a free psu and possibly a monitor? (IDK if this is allowed but if you can donate that would be awesome)

on may 24th it is my sister's birthday. Ever since she was 3 years old she has always wanted to go to hiroshima japan, and i couculated it will take $8,000 to get through the month she wants to be there. Long story short, i need that $8,000. I just want to give my sister a good birthday.
