But has anyone successfully sued St. V's for medical malpractice, negligence or patient abandonment? I'm looking for a lawyer and would like to hear from anyone who may have been in a similar situation or experienced bad care from them? I checked my case Indiana and there a tons of lawsuits. So looking to chat with anyone who might have taken them to court and won.
