Need advice on body recomposition at home on a budget

(F22 )I’m 5’1 and around 57 kg right now. I used to be around 52–53 kg, but I gained weight recently mostly from eating randomly and not really paying attention to my diet. Funny thing is, around 2–3 months ago, I actually wanted to reach 57 kg, and now I did… but not in a healthy way or through proper training.

I did train at home for a while before, but honestly I don’t know if I was training wrong or not consistent enough because I didn’t really get the results I wanted.

I don’t really want to lose a lot of weight or become skinny again. I mostly want body recomposition: smaller waist, less belly/side fat, toned thicker legs, and bigger glutes while staying around the same weight.

Most of my fat goes to my upper stomach, sides, and lower belly area. I still think I naturally have an hourglass shape, but I’m worried if I gain more weight, I’ll lose it.

The problem is I’m on a really low budget and can’t afford the gym right now, so I wanted to ask:

Can home workouts without weights actually grow glutes and shape the body, or do I eventually need weights?

How many days a week should I train?

If I want to maintain my weight while changing my body composition, how many calories should I roughly eat?

And how important is protein really? Because honestly I can’t afford super high protein goals every day.

I’d really appreciate advice from someone experienced, especially if you’ve been through something similar on a budget.

Looking for breakfast café recommendations in Janzour & Al Seyahiya

Hey everyone I’m looking for good café or restaurant recommendations in Janzour and Al Seyahiya only . I want somewhere that opens early in the morning around 8 or 9 a.m. and serves breakfast with a nice atmosphere and view. Good coffee and tasty breakfast are important, and healthy options would be even better. Even if it’s a simple place, I just want somewhere with a cozy vibe and good food. Would love to hear your favorite spots

Hi everyone!

I’m planning to bake my first healthy cake, For someone and I’m a bit confused about some ingredients.

For sweetness, should I use maple syrup or stevia? Which one gives a better taste?

I’m also planning to use almond flour, but I’ve seen a lot of recipes and I’m not sure what’s best — should I use milk or Greek yogurt?

Also, some recipes don’t include oil or butter at all. Is that okay, or will it affect the texture?

This is my first time baking a healthy cake (I usually avoid them 😅), and I really want it to turn out good because I’m making it for someone special.

Any tips or favorite recipes would really help!
