my profile is 98% complete and I’ve never gotten anything, how do I get a claim

looking for a body butter that smells like LSM. I’ve always bought the lotion but it isn’t thick enough for me as much as I’d like it to be. Similar to the tree hut body butter!

I have tried the Huda beauty peach color corrector, the pink pomelo, and the cherry blossom color corrector and even with those under my eyes I still get super grey undereyes. I’m not sure if it’s the concealer or what it is but in pictures my underyes (when I do it) give pure grey and not fully concealed
