Can i replace this piston with new one?

Funniest piston ever saga continues. They are extremely rare and some old guy had them in NOS state lingering for 20 years. That is the only piston I could find for rebuild.

The new one is +0.60mm and every other dimension is exactly the same only the rings are lowered, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work. Can I use it or send them back?

All of 4 cylinders have valve impact mark like that, i think the previous owner had timing belt slip, Should i replace conrods and camshaft as well? The car was driving fine except for low compression.
