Took home first place Limited Optics and Open (shot same gun in both divisions) at the Falling Steel World Series in Marengo, OH this past weekend. One of the most efficient and fun formats you can shoot.

Used my "Bastard" LO gun with a Cmore Systems RTS3 and Shell Shock Technologies 9mm ammo.
Just gotta follow the bouncing red ball.

Real simple drill to set up with an 8-ft wall and 2 mini poppers. Each mini popper is in line with each edge of the wall and put 10 yards downrange.
On buzzer move to one side of the wall and shoot one popper with one round and then go to the other side and do the same until you've collected 20 hits on steel. 10 shots on each side of the wall.
If at any time you miss a shot on your steel you must start the challenge over.
