Ordered food last night and the entire process was a failure from start to finish.

• First driver accepted the order, then picked up multiple deliveries and didn't even collect mine. Restaurant confirmed the food was ready and waiting.

• Order sat there getting cold while the driver went elsewhere.

• Second driver finally assigned after delay.

• Food arrived cold and soggy. Chicken wings completely lost texture.

• Missing items that I paid for, specifically extra sauces.

• Support kept giving scripted responses, no real resolution.

• Eventually refused refund claiming the order "matched," which is inaccurate.

I paid full price for late, degraded food and incomplete items. The issue is not just delay, it is poor dispatching, multi-order handling, and zero accountability on missing items.

This is not acceptable for a paid service. If you are ordering anything that depends on freshness, expect it to arrive ruined if delays happen.

Customer support is ineffective and does not resolve obvious issues.
