Dog has a mysterious combination of symptoms, do you recommend any check ups? (She's been monitored by a vet too)

My parents and I noticed that our 10 years and 11 months old dog was showing dementia-like symptoms, was losing balance and was losing a lot of weight, to the point her bones started showing.

We had her blood tested and an abdomen ultrasound taken and a very weird and paradoxical combination of symptoms came up: her liver enzymes are extremely high, her c-reactive protein is extemely high, her albumins are low, cancers or gallbladder stones did not show up, yet, her gallbladder can't empty, she doesn't produce enough feces but her intestines are empty (?), her muscle mass is eating itself, she still has a great appetite and she still eats (but she always ate a lot, might it be that?).

I'm genuinely at loss and the vets were too. They said they want to test her for Addison's disease but it seems to me like it has nothing to do with her symptoms. They also want to try using a medicine that should forcefully empty her gallbladder, likely by fluidifying the bile.

Do you have any other ideas? I know I have to accept her death, but the mystery disturbs me and I wish I could find a way to make her feel better.

I’m 7 days post op and I have nerve damage, my lower lip, my chin and my bottom row of teeth all feel numb on the left side of my face.

Today, while brushing my teeth, I accidentally hit the wound and I started feeling like my nerve was starting to work again. Since the surgeon said that the nerve is numb because the clot is pushing on it (go figure if it’s true) I stupidly PUSHED THE WOUND WITH MY TONGUE thinking I would PREVENT DRY SOCKET thinking I would have put the clot back into place and the numbness increased right away.

I now noticed a hole where my stitches are, I am afraid I did develop dry socket but, since my nerve doesn’t work, I can feel no pain at all.

My tooth was also horizontal and fully encased in bone, so I am at risk too.

Is this worthy of medical attention? I know that no treatment for dry socket exists so should I just leave it there? I would hate for my surgeon to see me again, he’s already seen me on Friday because I was afraid my wound wasn’t stitched properly because I had to go to the ER with a hemorrhage, I would hate for him to check me again, but if I have to I’ll do it, sure.
