Got a 1350, Is it worth it to prepare for it properly?

For reference, I'm in my last year of high school and would need to give the SAT this august to be able to apply with my score.

I'm an international student. I hadn't really thought about the SAT at all until now, since I was applying within my country (where it isn't needed). Counsellor told me to consider it still, just in case I chose to apply abroad instead.

I gave practice test 4 on bluebook, which as of the two google searches I just did before posting, is easier than the actual SAT. So say I were to give the actual one rn my score would prolly be lower.

I honestly don't know jack about the SAT n only took the prac test because my counsellor pushed me to do so

Realistically, is it worth it for me to spend my august prepping for the SAT? How high could my score get say I spend around a month on prep?

If I could, I'd just stop responding to everyone over text. It's so much worse for me than calling or talking in person. I overthink everything I say over text a lot more, and often end up typing for 10 minutes only to send a single message.

Screw whoever decided to come up with the idea of typing bubbles btw, if I read "u took that long to type that out?" one more time I'm going to crash out.
