Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here works or has worked in the transit management analyst role at the MTA? I've read very mixed things from Glassdoor and some outright huge red flags of micromanagement culture and I thought there could be some people in this sub who may have insight. Is the job enjoyable, is it worth the very, low starting pay (67k I think)?

My first impression from the new content is that I am not having fun. This content feels like it was designed for well-coordinated groups, with the right number of healers, tanks, and DPS. But when everyone just randomly gets together in a group, it makes for a really frustrating, not fun experience. Just trying to run to join a group can be annoying, with the multiple groups of hard mobs you have to run through.

Maybe I am missing some cool, fun gameplay loop, but it currently just feels unsatisfying to play. After 20 minutes of trying to kill a boss with a random squad of people and failing, I'm just left wondering if this content was actually made for the majority of the playerbase or just people who sit in a Discord call together.
