Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build and scale the brand from the ground up.

This is not a traditional corporate role. You’ll be:

Crafting viral narratives around finance + AI

Building a strong internet-first brand

Driving growth across platforms like Instagram, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn

Working directly with the founding team to align marketing with revenue

If you understand how ideas spread on the internet, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute brand's marketing strategy from 0 to 1

Create and oversee high-performing, viral content

Lead market research and identify growth opportunities

Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and PR

Work closely with sales to drive conversions and revenue

Experiment fast, analyze results, and double down on what works

Qualifications

• Age: 17–27
• Understand "Organic Virality" for Inbounds
• Deep understanding of Gen Z internet culture, memes, and trends
• Proven ability to create viral content (we will ask for proof)
• Have grown an account (personal or brand) to 20K+ followers
• Extremely active on Instagram, X (especially Tech/Founders Twitter), Reddit & LinkedIn
• Strong writer and communicator in English
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools, SaaS, or tech startups
• Personal brand is a big plus

What You Get
