Yanning, yanning

Hello.

At times I have this continuous yanning.

My eyes become watery too.

When it starts it lasts a while...

I have contemplated trying to find the triggers, which I found it happens when I am around certain people, when I do grounding meditations,..after reading this and that some say it comes from body's regulation. That can be energit release..could be sensing heavier energy and so on.

The QI flowing from the liver channel..

I'm taking sertraline too..

So I m not 100 per cent sure what is this about. It just becomes quite hard to contain.

I was wondering if anyone goes through similar or any other information it would be useful to know.

If taking Sertralina 5O gr. daily, but still in stressful situations I get really agitated, and restless, plus my sleeping quality becomes really busy. I get up exhausted.

I was wondering which natural supplements could I take with this. At night and before a test.

I am keen in taking adaptogens as I be tried some before and were helpful but I wasn't taking sertraline.

I read somewhere that there can be something like a sertraline syndrome. I guess dependable on the quantities.

Other, I tried Valerian root tea some years ago and it didn't work well for me.

If I take a complex with ashwaghanda, magnesium and passiflora or some similar ones would I be putting myself in a stupid situation?
