I started my weight loss journey July of 2025. I have been super dedicated to the gym and partially clean eating for the past 3 weeks. I’m a foodie & would love input on healthy swaps. I never took many pictures but I’ll post from 3 different years one from 2024, 2025 & current. I had severe cortisol face. 🖤 also any tips for back workouts and workouts for love handles are much appreciated, the last 4 pictures are current and the drastic change in my face has kept me motivated!!
