Advice on Type of Porch

My house is pictured in the gray, the house came with the brown wood steps. I would love a full porch that extends from where it currently is all the way to the gas meter on the left side of the window left of the front door. I’d love for the steps to be on the front of the porch directly in front of the door. I’m influenced by mid century style. House was built in 1950. I’ve attached two porches I like but not sure if they would work well on my hip roof home. Any advice is appreciated. This project is a year or two off but it’s fun to dream!

Bathroom Renovation Recs

Hello! We are gearing up for a down-to-the-studs renovation\overhaul of our 42 sq ft bathroom. We have a general idea of what we want the space to look like. Our house is from the 1950s, I am going for a retro feel with modern amenities. We have started purchasing things, we have a vanity, mirror, and all the tile (walls and floor). For a retro feel we are doing 4x4 square tiles stacked. I am cautious about finding someone who is talented with tile install as there is A LOT of it. Any recommendations are welcome! I have done some searching on this community, but most of the recs are several years old. We are on the west-side of Indianapolis inside of the 465 loop. Pictures of the current space and an AI mockup my spouse did of our loose ideas!
