Getting sleepy during school work

It's the most bizarre thing but no matter how motivated I am, the second I open my lecture recordings or assignments or just start my uni work in general, I get hit with intense drowsiness that almost makes my brain become mush, but if I do literally anything else, I'm wide awake again. I thought this was a weird quirk but it's causing me to procrastinate my work like crazy.

I used to use music to help me focus but now the music lulls me to sleep too. I've tried coffee (also makes me sleepy), cold water (intense sudden wakeup but wears off after a couple minutes), snacking (works for an hour before I get sleepy again). I'm so confused and you can imagine how detrimental this is to my academics)

Yeah, I give up

I really did try with PSQ2, obviously the chat was weird and essay-like but initially they were talking a bit, now it cuts, yes, cuts the message right when the character is about to talk. They're all devoid of personality, have the same sentence repeats, it's dull. I miss Roar, I'm just gonna check out what else there is in this niche but I really liked this app, it had a massive community, tons of content, some really impressive bot creators, an easy interface and I built my algorithm on it brick by brick. Sucks that it has to go down the drain now but, welp, that's life ig.

My skin is dry, like super dry then early summer appears and it acts like a different person altogether. My T-zone is super oily, my skincare is pilling under my fingers, nothing is absorbing but instead making a weird, oily film and everything is pilling and I'm breaking out like crazy.

My usual routine is:
Cleanser

Vitamin C (Azelaic acid for night)

Glycerin water mixed with Eucerin day cream

Sunscreen

Obviously, it's a very hydrate-heavy routine since my skin is dry but also very reactive and sensitive with a weak barrier. For summer and this extra heat, it's not helping at all and I need serious help without breaking the bank (I'm a student)
