I've been in a friendship with my best friend for 6 years now and recently I told him I take AP classes; However, the problem is that I do take AP classes just not in high school, some days when I tell him I don't wanna go to school he thinks I'm in high school and says that I'm in highschool already and to get used because he knows it will get better. I wanna tell him I'm not in high school, but it's probably best not to?
Additionally, I've invited my friend to a group chat with him, and we're in the same grade, just not in most classes. I'm afraid he will tell my best friend that I'm in so-and-so grade leading to him thinking I lied to him for a year about being in AP classes but I still am, and I'm not the most social confident person so I get really messed up with my words and everything falls apart.
I'm losing on what else to say, but what should I do?
