Foil in Float Frame = Phenomenal!

Hope this helps someone!

(No polarizing filter for my camera so I had to take the picture at an angle to avoid reflections.)

We're not Poster People, but the foil weekend 3 variant just blew me away. I knew I didn't want to cover up *any* of the electricity from the poster's base.

Poked around in the frame section and finally realized that the demo insert in this frame was 18x24, so this poster would be the same width, but with 1.5" off the top and bottom.

It's just *stunning*. It catches your eye every time anyone goes up or down the stairs.

Pretty cheap, too! $38 at Michael's.

Kudos to the people who created these!

As a long time Vegas resident and former stagehand, I would *lurrrrv* to have one, if you still have any at the show tonight (or buy if they're available at Shakedown).

If anyone could point me in that direction, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Are you still trying to figure out what to do with your Sphere weekend poster?

It's nigh on impossible to find a 15x24 frame for a decent price. Custom framing is going to run you more than the poster itself. You can try to use one of those "dual glass" frames and suspend it in the middle, but they're not cheap, either.

The custom frame lady came up with this idea. This is a standard 18x24 frame from Michael's (that's currently BOGO or 50% off). We picked out a complementary color (just happened to be "Tealy Dan"!), she cut a custom mat, and assembled it.

BOOM

Looks like a custom frame job for a fraction of the price. It was $72 out the door for this and another 18x24 frame.

Best of both worlds, IMHO!
