I will sketch your ocs
I will mostly only be sketching but if I particularly like your character I might line or even fully render a few. I reserve the right not to draw your character for any reason even if I reply to your comment or dm

I was trying out a value first workflow since I heard that ibis paint x had gradient mapping and tone curves, but those actually require a premium subscription. I've tried using overlay layers, parallel gradation, and a dozen other things but they each had their own problems. Is there any way to salvage this without paying for premium
I mean what actual process do I use to draw in values. This is just the sketch, but I would assume that I should fully render It in monochrome and then use tone maps and overlays, but the fully rendering it part is what all the tutorials I've seen skip. I would just render it how I normally would expect without color but I'm not sure if there's a specific method for value painting or if there's something I'm missing.
Here's some of my that art I've made in the last few months. Hope you all like it and it's not too gooner for this sub
