Endometrium question - thick uterus?

Hello all!
29 year old female
I recently got a reg ultrasound and transvagional ultrasound to check out my uterus and ovaries (I told my doctor that my period was a week late and when it came it was heavier than normal). We are TTC #3 but this month we did not physically track ovulation so according to my period app, I ovulated may 3 and got this ultrasound done May 8. Follicular cysts (huh?) and endometium seems like it’s thicker than normal? Google says post ovulation it’s usually no higher than 1.8cm?
If you have any insight let me know please!

These are the results:

Uterus: 8.0 x 5.5 x 6.7 cm. No masses are appreciated. The cervix is unremarkable.
Endometrium: 2.5 cm.
Right ovary: 2.0 x 3.7 x 2.7 cm. There is no significant mass identified. Normal vascularity is present.
Left ovary: 4.1 × 3.2 × 3.2 cm. There is a 3.2 cm follicular cyst. The vascularity is unremarkable.

Baked milk question!

Baked milk question!

We just completely finished a whole muffin for baked milk! 🎉 This challenge was done at home per our allergists recommendation.

At the 3/4 mark 12 minutes into the 15 minutes watching period, he did have to #2. Which it was normal and he said that his stomach felt better afterwards.

No sign of an allergic reaction at all even after the 2 hour finish mark. I will be messaging his allergist just to confirm but I feel as if this was a benign scenario. Anyone experience this?

Hello! My child’s blood test for dairy came back as follows with the following chart:

* Milk IgE (component reflex): 0.83

* Alpha-lactalbumin: 0.82

* Beta-lactoglobulin: 0.42

His allergist said that we can do the food challenge at home with these results? 😅 Not sure that I will do that but we did schedule a food challenge in office that I’ll most likely do there instead.

For the baked milk muffins did you add any fruit add ins like blueberries or stick to the flavorless recipe? I know the flour:milk ratio cannot be altered and it won’t.

***adding this here too: I fully understand that the blood test results do not reflect severity or outcomes, but if you’ve had similar results and passed baked milk, I’d love all of the advice!

Egg was considered “too high” for now.
