SHINY GIVEAWAY SERIES #3 SANDSHREW

SHINY GIVEAWAY SERIES #3 SANDSHREW

I will be doing 16 separate giveaways this time instead of one big one, as the first come first serve didnt work out super well! These shinies are all the results of past trades, however I felt I no longer wanted to pad my ongoing shiny dex with traded for 'mons (except for a select few bc i think trading should still be a viable method).

To enter the giveaway you can comment anything but I'd like to see what your favorite pokemon MOVE is! Mine is Bug Buzz or Shadow Sneak. Drawings will be held THURSDAY at 12pm CST via a random wheel. If you are to win one of the giveaways, you'll be excluded from the others in this series.

Where do Rotom phone companies get so many Rotoms for their product to be mass produced?

Theyre more or less the sole phone distributor in the Pokémon games and pretty much anyone over the age of 10 has one. (So far) they dont count as owned pokemon so much but theres no mention of them deciding to leave on their own. Where do they get so many Rotoms then? What happens to a rotom when the phone breaks over time? Why did they decide to make everyone's phone alive

What should I keep in mind when trying to fine tune my Ashe aiming?

My aiming on Ashe has been substandard lately and I want to spend some time in the range or VAXTA tweaking my sens, relative scoped sens, DPI, etc. What should I be on the lookout for in terms of benchmarks for dialed in aim? It wont fix my aim ofc but fixing these settings will help me confirm what is my fault vs how im hindering myself via my settings

Im especially struggling with things like 1v1 duels/fighting enemies who are locked in with me and enemies moving vertically from up close (Sojourn jump, Sierra's drone, Baptiste leap) or anything requiring quick mouse movements to look in a drastic new direction.

Also in general what might are good accuracy #s for Cassidy and Ashe on average

I play a lot of Ashe and Cassidy and have wildly varying aim from game to game. It wavers between passable to top DPS in the lobby (though extremely rarely), and I'd really like to be more consistently good than hoping im having a good game.

I ask because last night I had a Cassidy game where I was hitting most of my shots, large % headshots, people counterswapped and claimed dps dif. I wanna clarify im not in any way a high level dps, so these extremes are within the confines of my respective rank/MMR.

Playing Banjo Kazooie earlier and saved everything fine, when I went to turn it back on I got a prompt saying "did you last play on this Xbox or another Xbox?" I chose this one and the saved data was empty. Theres no save data on the 360 dashboard storage screen. I dont wanna play the game again to get back to where I was im like 6 hours in

Fired 5 months ago, have been nonstop applying for jobs since. Not a ton of prior work experience at 25, bachelor's degree in Psychology, and cant find any work. Ive been paying rent out of what I managed to save from my previous job before I got fired after almost 6 months working there, but this is the last month I have money for rent.

Im employing the use of temp agencies/employment agencies, Im applying to every job im able to do (including fast food and grocery stores), applying directly on company sites and job boards, cold calling local businesses, and just nothing. Im unable to do delivery jobs like doordash bc of how old my car is, im afraid to run it into the ground. I dont qualify for unemployment because I was fired, and was told I need to MAKE 750 dollars before im eligible again (I dont know why I have to make money to qualify for unemployment, if im making money I dont need unemployment.)

Cant move back home, dont have anything to sell, no niche skills or skills in general beyond my work experience, Im just stranded. Im about to go homeless from this and need advice on how to break through into SOME job. My local grocery stores, food chains, all are ghosting me. No where else is hiring in a town of 120k+ people.
