My boyfriend(21) and I's(20) relationship has been everything I wanted and been looking for , except for the distance ofcourse . We used to meet up once every two weeks which was excellent , but now we're seeing each other around every month and a half ish. Which I'm still grateful for .
In real life when we're together, everything is usually great, we rarley have issues , if there's something between us we just discuss it normally But when we're not together I just find myself irritated sometimes at the stupidest things, if he sends a meme I don't like I just get irritated, if he does something very minor that usually doesnt trigger me , I get triggered. Doesnt mean I'm triggered all the time, it just happens from time to time and no I'm not on my period or during ny luteal phase so there's no hormonal or mood related reason of this randomness . I still smile a lot at his texts and am generally happy when we call or do something together online .
How can I prevent this in the future? I'm leaving in the summer to get a summer job in a country even more further away . Although it's only around 2 and a half months, its still makes me nervous that if I dont fix my random triggered moments things will go south . I love him so much, whenever I'm around him I feel so good about life in genral, he just has this great energy .
