Trying to create account on Gobierno de Mexico site - two field choices are missing

My wife and I are planning to move to Mexico this year, and we need to set up an appointment at a consulate (Indianapolis, in our case). I'm trying to create an account on the gob.mx website. Two of the required drop-down fields are missing the choices I need. Default office has no choices at all. Nationality has plenty of countries but is missing Estados Unidos. The fields don't let you type in anything -- you have to choose from the drop-down. I'm unable to proceed without the required fields being completed.

Texting the consulate on WhatsApp activates an 11-page chatbot, which is all in Spanish. Our Immigration Advisor in Ajijic said to email the Indianapolis consulate directly, but I'll probably need to do it weekly for a while until they respond (they want to know we're serious and not just looking for potential options to leave the US). I'm doing that, but I'm curious as to whether other people have had luck creating an account, and whether I'll need it later.

Suno Pro v5.5 - "Create a Voice" feature is disabled

I've been using Suno for a couple months now and was excited when v5.5 added the ability to create a Voice based on my own voice. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get this feature to work. I uploaded a recording of my own voice singing a song. When I select + Voice > Create New Voice > Based on: Select a song... , every single one of my songs is grayed out, and I get the circle-with-a-slash mouse pointer if I hover over them. When I first encountered this problem (right after v5.5 was released), there was a message saying, "This feature is currently disabled." That message stopped appearing after a few days. Also, the option to record a sample of my voice with a microphone was there at first but disappeared after a few days. Also, if I select a song in my library, click on the three dots, and select Create, the Voice option is grayed out.

I Googled this and expected to see dozens of other people with this problem, but I haven't found anyone else -- just comments on how well or poorly this feature replicates one's own voice. All of my other Pro features are working. Any ideas?

I'm visiting my 91-year-old mother, who has had Comcast (original) and Comcast Xfinity for decades. She has their Triple Play TV/Internet/Phone bundle and an AT&T cordless phone. The phone says "New voicemail" and has the staccato dial tone that indicates there's a message. When I check, it says, "You have no messages." This causes my mom to randomly press buttons and mess up other settings on her phone. After much Googling, it seems that this is a problem for which I should call the support number of the carrier, not AT&T.

So I called the Xfinity support number: 800-934-6489. The rep answered and asked for my name and a good callback number, and I explained my situation. Then...

Rep: "We're currently offering 20% off of our annual support package, which is $99 for the first year."

Me: "I don't want that. I just have a question about my mom's Xfinity phone service on her AT&T phone."

Rep: "The support package is good regardless of your carrier."

Me: "Her carrier is Xfinity."

Rep: "Right. As I said, it covers any carrier."

Me: "I called the Xfinity support number with a question about Xfinity phone service. Are you able to answer it without my signing up for your $99 support package?

Rep: "Sir, you don't seem to understand. We support all carriers. It's 20% off now, which is a great deal. I need you to answer a few questions, and we can get you signed up."

At this point, I hung up. Is that legit? It sounds like Xfinity outsources their support to a third party. The rep wouldn't give me a firm yes or no on whether she could answer my question without signing up for the $99 package. Xfinity has a support chatbot, but it requires you to sign in to your account. My mom is computer illiterate and doesn't know anything about that. Apparently their account has been on autopay for years.

Anyway, has anyone else had the experience of not getting a straight answer to a tech-support question without being pressured to sign up for a support package?
