I had long hair before then cut it short and now Im growing it back out again and never had an issue where the sides just didn’t grow but suddenly they aren’t growing long and they are really really dark compared to the rest of my hair, the baby hairs on the front of my hairline are like a darker greyish brown sort of colour aswell and they don’t grow as long as the rest of the hair, could this be telogen effluvium? I had folic acid anaemia diagnosed last year and haven’t really been treating it properly.

My hairline has looked like this for a little while, brown baby hairs across the front for maybe a year or so. Any known causes? Is it a sign of MPB? My temples look fine and have no recession but my hairline looks like this for some reason. I was researching and think it could be because im B9 anaemic but Im not sure( also not sure if I still am because that diagnosis was a year ago) and the hair behind it is very full and has a lot of volume. If anyone knows anything about it please let me know, thanks!
