Octopus Hat!
I have a lot of affection for this one because this was a remake of the very first crochet pattern I wrote. Now that I'm more experienced, I realized the pattern was missing some finesse (stitch counts, used "row" vs "round" etc), so I went back and updated it. This was for the purpose of bringing my patterns up to a better quality, so I didn't have a buyer in mind for the hat. On the way to take a picture on work break so I could list it online, one of my coworkers walked by and bought it for me then and there! It feels like such a win!

(For the record after making the hat I did go back and suggest a better weight/hook for the eyes. I can see either kind of holey.)
