It started off with a like a rash around my lips that was very dry and itchy and I went to the gp and gave me my hydrocortisone cream . I used it for 7 days but on day six I got these red itchy red spots on my jawline . Went to my gp and the said it was perioral dermatitis most likely triggered by the cream they prescribed me. I was then prescribed with 8 weeks dose of lymecycline . I took one and then the next morning it went from just my jawline to all over my face and the itchiness was unbearable. It spread to my forehead and around my eyes . I got another doctors appointment at a different hospital and all they said it was an infection . They prescribe me another antibiotic ( flucloxacillin ) and an antihistamine for the itchiness. I should also note the red spots have spread to my body but not as bad as my face. The antihistamine hasn't done much for the itchiness , I still can't sleep cuz of it and body is very itchy. The doctor said I should seek a dermatologist if the antibiotics don't work . But I would really love some answers right now so I would appreciate if anyone who has something similar can diagnose me or help.
Also the dryness around my lips hasn't gotten any better it's actually gotten worse
Also it's not chicken pox as it hasn't blistered or water filled
