For months now my baby gets these raised, dry red patches that come and go within hours. We have switched to all free & clear, use eczema support products, and keep his skin moisturized. It seems like if we even touch him with bare skin a spot comes up. He doesn’t itch at them and it does not seem to bother him. My pediatrician isn’t concerned but did prescribe hydrocortisone cream. It helps the red patch disappear but then it comes right back with any contact. I stopped pumping at 6 months and he uses Kendamil. He has no other symptoms but these marks. I don’t think it’s a dairy allergy because he has no blood in stool, etc. I attached photos in the comment section.
