Need advice please (21F, 24M)
Need advice on how to feel closer
My partner and i are both going through a personal rough patch right now. I'm doing my final exams in school and it has been stressing me out completely. I can't sleep, i can't eat, i feel sick, etc. My partner on the other hand has some family drama going on right now that is really impacting him. He hasn't been sleeping well and is very exhausted from worrying too much.
These past few days its been feeling like there's a different kind of distance between us. We talk less and there's alot of anxious silence when we're on the phone. It feels so awful and it's making me really sad.
Is this just something we will need to wait out and get through, or are there things i could do to reconnect us and go back to the way things were.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated, thank you
