If Nav just released all his throwaways from back in the day he would go crazy.

As a fellow musician I can honestly say when I go back through my old songs I thought were throwaways, they were actually bangers and my ear matured to see some things just needed to be re-arranged, some instruments replaced and just a few fine touches.

I feel like if Nav did the same and dropped an album with his throwaways (I'm sure he has tons and tons of vibes) man that dude would be back fasho fasho.

I wonder wtf happened to his sound, I like some of his new stuff but man I could put a Nav album on back in the day and let it run front to back lol

I know this sub loves to hate on Nav but as a Nav fan, it kinda just feels like bro got major rich and don't really give a damn about music no more.

His dopamine receptors probably fried from the drug use or whatever also and he just pissing at the wall now. Hopefully he has a reddit account and sees this.

If you do Nav, just release an album with your throwaways bro. No Wheezy beats, no Metro Boomin, just your old shit. Stop gatekeeping

I always see people claim that eating healthier is much more expensive than just eating normal stuff. It's not..

Vegetables (kale mustard greens, broccoli, cauliflower etc.) are dirt cheap Potatoes, cheap A 20 lb bag of rice is 11$ (will last for months on end) Beans and lientils are dirt cheap An 8 lb bag of oranges is 8$... 3 sets of bananas is like $3.50 Eggs... $2.50 for an 18 count carton.

It gets more expensive with your meats but you are going to spend that money anyway?

I don't get it. People think eating healthy is eating extremely expensive foods marketed as healthy.

People that aren't used to eating healthy just don't know how to grocery shop for it. It's cheap AF. Way cheaper than the stuff most people spend money on. And, at the bottom of it I know it's just an excuse to keep eating hyper palatable foods that are slowly killing them.

▲ 4 r/diet

All of my life I've eaten pretty terrible. But since took an interest in nutrition lately and started making changes. I didn't focus on cutting out meat, carbs, or anything but focused on getting the most minerals and vitamins from my food as possible.

What I did cut out was frozen foods, fast foods, pasta, bread, candy, cakes, sodas, chips, anything that came in a box basically.

My diet now looks more like

Kale, mustard greens, onions, tomatoes, broccoli, potatoes, bananas, oranges, kiwi, strawberries, chicken, beef, olive oil, eggs, nuts, fish, rice, some pork sparingly, peppers, beans, lentils, cheeses etc.

I've researched the vitamins and minerals in foods like this and aimed to get as many as I could from just eating. No calorie counting, no carbs counting, no fasting.

First thing I noticed and obviously, the weight loss.

Second thing I noticed is the uncanny feeling of not feeling hungry every few hours...

Like I'll eat say, some salmon, plenty of kale, some rice. Before bed I'll have to force myself to eat because I know I'm not getting enough calories daily but my hunger is pretty much, unbothered. And when it does come, it comes very VERY slowly. Like it builds up instead of rushes. It's like my appetite wakes up without an alarm without rushing to go to work.

The third thing I've noticed though, is omg. I feel magical as hell throughout the day. I feel like a little kid again. So many blessings have come from eating like this I can't begin to explain without sounding like, this is a magic bullet. But I've been eating like this for about a month and a half. I still feel awesome every day. My mood has improved drastically. I feel this overwhelming sense of well being I've never felt before. It also seems like grudges I had for certain people vanished. These are grudges I've admittedly, shamefully held for years. Now? Gone. I can't even muster up the resentment or anger for said people anymore.

Through the day I get these wafts of euphoria that seems strange to me because it feels so airy, light, free, and deep. It feels like I'm on opiates or something sometimes. Like I feel WONDERFUL. And YOUTHFUL!

I have been trying to figure out how can this be? I've done research on neurotransmitters and can't seem to pinpoint which one it is but it feels like I'm on drugs sometimes. I also wonder what vitamins are responsible.

Does anyone have any clue as to what this can be?

I'm not complaining, more so just curious as hell about it because I've never felt like this before without using substances. It's mind-blowing to me because I simply feel like, I've been the walking dead all my life and a simple diet change has completely changed my inner being.

With that being said, it may actually be temporary, placebo, or whatever. Maybe I had some nutrient deficiencies but it makes me wonder about a variety of things.

Is this the blessing of life well-being most of humanity has been robbed of with highly processed hyper palatable foods?

The way I felt before, this may arguably be how everyone feels and can be the root cause of a lot of issues in our society.

Anyways, I'm veering off but anyone else want to chime in? What have your experiences been with eating healthy? Have you felt incredible mood boosts? Feelings of euphoria and contentment? What do you think is the cause?

Thank you
