As a fellow musician I can honestly say when I go back through my old songs I thought were throwaways, they were actually bangers and my ear matured to see some things just needed to be re-arranged, some instruments replaced and just a few fine touches.

I feel like if Nav did the same and dropped an album with his throwaways (I'm sure he has tons and tons of vibes) man that dude would be back fasho fasho.

I wonder wtf happened to his sound, I like some of his new stuff but man I could put a Nav album on back in the day and let it run front to back lol

I know this sub loves to hate on Nav but as a Nav fan, it kinda just feels like bro got major rich and don't really give a damn about music no more.

His dopamine receptors probably fried from the drug use or whatever also and he just pissing at the wall now. Hopefully he has a reddit account and sees this.

If you do Nav, just release an album with your throwaways bro. No Wheezy beats, no Metro Boomin, just your old shit. Stop gatekeeping

It’s happened to a lot of rappers.. Lil Skies, Roddy Rich, Rich the kid.. the list goes on.

NAV has failed to produce a billboard charting single since 2022.. it’s been 4 years..

It would be a miracle at this point if NAV gets some sort of resurgence in his career

He totally dropped the ball by not releasing that Drake feature.
