just setup opnsense and now im trying to figure out ddns so i can self host down the line on a separate device, a little confused with setting up the domain name everything else seems pretty simple. do i just put whatever i want it to be on cloudflare/opnsense? and for firewall ruilings im a little lost because i watched a video explaining it kinda get it, are there any rules i should think about adding to protect the network or should i just leave it be?
hey guys recently got a mini pc to use as a router and the install wtih opnsense went pretty swell but ive hit a wall with only the 2 ports on the mini pc showing up and was thinking the ports on the switch i had would show but they don't. also trying to setup a WAP with my old router and i just get "Error creating interface with mode Infrastructure (BSS). The rtw880 interface may not support creating more clones with the selected mode." and the only device available is rtw880. Where have i gone wrong and what can i do to fix this?
for whatever reason after turning off my computer and coming back the next day fan control just lost all my other fans besides my GPUs, didn't do anything after shutdown even turned everything off and replugged some fans and still nothing. help appreciated
