I'll keep this simple.

I'm working with a buyer who has ₹10 lakhs ready to deploy into a small digital business in India. He's not a flipper, not a VC — just someone who wants to own and run something profitable that someone else built.

He's open to — small SaaS tool, a newsletter, a mobile app,

What we're ideally looking for:

— Monthly revenue of ₹50K-1.5L

— Profitable — meaning after all expenses there's real money left

— Running for at least 6-12 months consistently

— Owner genuinely thinking about moving on

At ₹10L budget we're looking at businesses valued at roughly 6-12x monthly profit. So if your business nets ₹10-50k per month consistently, the math works and we can have a real conversation.

No drama, no lowballing, no wasting anyone's time.

If you've built something on the side that's been running quietly and you've been thinking "maybe it's time to hand this off" — that's exactly who I want to talk to.

Tell me what you've built and roughly what it makes. We'll take it from there

Have a verified serious buyer looking to acquire a profitable digital business in India.

Budget — up to ₹10 lakhs. Open to stretching slightly for the right business.

Open to all sectors — SaaS, apps, content sites, newsletters, tools, anything with consistent revenue.

What they're looking for:

— Profitable and generating consistent monthly revenue

— Owner looking for a clean exit

— Digital business, not physical

If you're thinking about selling or know someone who is — DM me directly.

I'm Arin, building Venture Swap — India's first organized marketplace for buying and selling digital businesses. Facilitating this deal personally and at no cost to the seller until deal closes.

48 hours ago I posted about building Venture Swap — India's first organized marketplace for digital business acquisitions.

What happened next was unexpected.

69,000 views across Reddit. A founder with a $2M ARR SaaS slid into my DMs saying he's been trying to exit for months but US PE firms don't find India exciting enough to look at.

A practicing CA reached out offering valuation and legal support.

A tax lawyer spent hours explaining how digital business transfers actually work legally in India — the fraud risks, the escrow gaps, the DD problems nobody talks about.

Multiple serious buyers with real capital saying they've been looking for exactly this but had nowhere organized to go.

I hadn't built anything. No platform. No product. Just a Reddit post.

All of this validated one thing — the market is real and nobody is serving it properly.

India's digital business ecosystem is hitting its first exit cycle. Founders who built SaaS products in 2019-2022 are ready to move on. Buyers with capital exist but have nowhere organized to find deals.

If you've built something in India and thought about exiting — or if you're looking to acquire a profitable digital business in India — I want to talk to you.

What's the one thing you'd want from a platform like this that doesn't exist anywhere in India today?

Genuine question.

A SaaS business doing ₹1L/month net profit sells for roughly ₹40-60L in India right now.

That's a 15-20% annual return on a cash flowing asset you actually own and control. No landlord drama, no market volatility, no waiting for dividends.

People put the same money in real estate hoping for appreciation. Or in mutual funds at 12% average returns. But a profitable online business sitting right there — nobody is talking about it.

The reason is simple. There's no organized place to find these businesses for sale in India. It's all WhatsApp forwards and random Reddit posts.

I'm building Venture Swap — India's first marketplace specifically for buying and selling digital businesses and micro-SaaS. Verified listings, INR deals, Indian legal structure.

If you've thought about this or want to know more about what's actually available in the Indian market right now — DM me or drop a comment.

Hey r/FIREIndia,

Quick question for the community — has anyone here considered buying a small digital business as part of their FIRE strategy instead of just stocks and mutual funds?

I'm talking about things like a SaaS product doing ₹1-2L/month, a content site with consistent ad revenue, a newsletter with a paid subscriber base. Businesses that generate cash flow passively once they're running.

The math is interesting. A business doing ₹1.5L/month in profit might sell for ₹50-70L — that's roughly a 3-4x annual earnings multiple. Compare that to a rental property at the same price point generating maybe ₹20-25K/month with all the headaches of tenants and maintenance.

The problem is there's nowhere organized in India to find these businesses for sale. Everything is scattered across WhatsApp groups and random forum posts.

If you're someone who has thought about this as a FIRE strategy, or already done it, I'd love to hear from you. Drop a comment or DM me.

Hey r/Investor

I spent time on the buy side of startup acquisitions in India — and one thing became obvious fast.

The market for buying and selling digital businesses here is completely disorganized.

Deals over WhatsApp. Sellers with no idea what their business is worth. Buyers with capital and no deal flow. Everything buried in DMs with zero structure and zero verification.

Flippa and Acquire.com exist but they don't care about India. Wrong currency, wrong legal structure, wrong trust layer.

So I'm building Venture Swap — a marketplace specifically for buying and selling digital businesses and micro-SaaS in India. Verified listings, INR deals, Indian legal framework, escrow built in.

Before I build anything I want to talk to real people first.

Looking for:

— Founders thinking about selling their SaaS, app, newsletter, or content site

— People looking to acquire a profitable digital business in India

Not selling anything. Just a 20 minute call. Drop a comment or DM me directly.

— Arin, Founder @ Venture Swap

Happy to also give you a rough valuation of your business on the call — no cost.

Happy to share what deals are actually available in India right now based on what I've seen
