Deadlift Reps
Trying to gage the RPE of this. I typically use the longer deadlift bar that has a bend in it, but I recently switched to a power bar. Im trying to get stronger with taking it off the floor. So with my typical setup this would have been like an RPE 7 ish, but tbia felt closer to a 8... maybe higher lol.
