Deadlift Reps

Trying to gage the RPE of this. I typically use the longer deadlift bar that has a bend in it, but I recently switched to a power bar. Im trying to get stronger with taking it off the floor. So with my typical setup this would have been like an RPE 7 ish, but tbia felt closer to a 8... maybe higher lol.

Back Extension help

I have no idea where this pad is supposed to be? Like is it supposed to be closer to my belly button or a little closer to the knee? Trying to keep thia glute focused by pushing my but into the padand keeping upper back bent.

All help appreciated.

Really not feeling confident with my setup. I cant keep shoulders retracted on tbe ascension and Ive been getting neck soreness from benching.
