Can I purchase floor mats from Tesla at a delivery center? Wondering if they just have them in stock.

My car has been in the network approved collision shop since last month. As of last Thursday, they still haven’t received parts for my car. How often so I be hearing back from Allstate and/ or the Collision shop about the progress of my vehicle and how often is the app update with accurate information? The app still reflects inspection in progress when they have already ordered parts for my vehicle.

My son hit a curb which broke the control arm, cause alignment issue, and busted both front and back driver side tires. I was told last Tuesday that once they get the assignment package that they can start working on my car they ended up being two cars in front of my car which pushed my car back. I called this week because the insurance got a follow up saying that they’re finished with the two cars and they’re starting on my car. The adjuster told me that the parts are coming in this Wednesday and hopefully you get the car back by next Monday because it just needed suspension alignment and the two tires fixed. It’s now the next day, I followed up with the insurance because I noticed that nothing changed in the system, and the insurance said that their projected date that was given to them that morning was the second week of May. I don’t understand why it’s gonna take so long for them to repair my car. Any advice on this matter?
