I am on step 2. Declaration and signature form uploading process on the OSAP website and according to the financial aid office, the deadline is May 10, 2026. I am trying to upload this document but I keep getting a red error saying "You can't upload this document because it is past the deadline date." What should I do? The support hours are closed on weekends and the May 10th deadline will pass. Has anyone experienced this before?
