No updates/moving slow?

Has anyone else had issues with packages in the last 2 weeks or so just not moving as fast as they used to and minimal scans? I sold a laptop, shipped it on May 1st, it was scanned in right away. No updates past the 2nd, just a “moving in network” on the 5th. Estimated delivery was Tuesday and it’s now Saturday and a week now since last actual scan that wasn’t system automated. This is one of many in the last 2 weeks. Another package didn’t get scanned in for 3 days after being mailed, was supposed to be delivered yesterday and no updates since the day it was scanned in. USPS raised prices, and lowered service. Makes sense to me! What are the chances these actually end up being delivered? Mercari only insured the package for $200 even though the order was $270. I entrusted their labels to fully cover the price the buyer paid but apparently that’s not the case and I’m stressed to the max!

A few groups I’ve seen allow illegal gambling and almost operate to the sorts of a crime ring doing what they call waffles where you pay for spots and once filled an admin draws live and the winning number gets the prize. Big issue is that it seems some sort of cheating occurs as only the same handful of people win each drawing. Thousands of dollars are being sent in these a week and reporting it to facebook does nothing. It’s particularly common in baby-wearing groups and bamboo clothing groups. What is the best way to get facebooks attention on this? I worry about the impact it is having as it seems many become almost addicted to it and it targets new mothers. Seeing women spend hundreds a week only for certain repeat players to win each time is baffling. Surely admins must be in on it.
