What is wrong with me? VO2 max is dropping and not improving; feeling running and Garmin are not for me.

I got a Garmin last year in June and completed 731 km and 300 with Polar.

Still, I'm here; I've never run this much in my entire life.

It started with 40 now I’m at 35

What am I doing wrong here?

My plant collection is growing 🌿 — need fertilizer advice! (Claude gave me a breakdown, sharing here for feedback)

Hey,

I've got a decent collection going at home and have been trying to figure out the best fertilizers for each one. I asked Claude and it gave me species-specific recommendations, sharing them here to get your thoughts and see if anyone has better suggestions, especially for Indian conditions!

Location: New Delhi

Here's what I have and what was recommended:

---

  1. Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata)

→ Balanced NPK 10:10:10 (diluted), once every 2 months

  1. Areca Palm (Dypsis lutescens)

→ NPK 15:5:10 + Epsom salt (Magnesium sulphate), monthly during Mar–Sep

  1. Weeping Fig / Ficus (Ficus benjamina)

→ NPK 20:20:20 liquid fertilizer, every 3–4 weeks in summer

  1. Jade Plant (Crassula ovata)

→ Low-nitrogen cactus fertilizer or NPK 5:10:10, once a month in summer, skip in winter

  1. Pothos (Epipremnum aureum)

→ Any balanced liquid fertilizer (e.g., Sansar Green, Tera Grow), every 2–3 weeks

  1. Sago Palm (Cycas revoluta)

→ Palm-specific slow-release granules NPK 8:4:12 + Manganese, every 3 months

  1. Bromeliad

→ Diluted balanced liquid fertilizer at 1/4 strength, monthly

---

General tips Claude suggested for Indian climate:

  • Use **Sansar Green** or **IFFCO Nano Urea — easily available and budget-friendly

  • Cut back on fertilizing during **monsoon season (Jun–Sep) due to leaching

  • Add **neem cake powder** to soil once a season as a natural fertilizer + pest repellent

Has anyone used these fertilizers for the same plants? Any desi alternatives that work better?

This is a web project inspired by the need to view live heart rate (HR) during indoor training on a larger screen, rather than constantly checking a watch. It provides a simple and compact interface to monitor HR in real time, including:

  • Live HR display
  • adjustaable Average and MAX HR
  • HR status indicator (HRM)
  • Change color according to zone.

Status: Beta
