Got ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 and Gel-Cumulus 27 for 4.6K and 5.4K

I just managed to pick up the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 for ₹4.6K and the Gel-Cumulus 27 for ₹5.4K on Flipkart. Both pairs are incredibly comfortable—unlike any shoes I’ve used before—and they passed the "poison test" as well.
I am planning to cover 2,000km over the next 180 days. Does anyone have advice on how to make these shoes last for that period and maintain their cushioning? Should I rotate them in a specific way to maximize their lifespan?

Brand New Asics Gel Nimbus 27 - Midsole Wrinkles Normal?

Hey everyone, I just received my Asics Gel Nimbus 27 today and noticed some pretty significant wrinkling on the FF Blast Plus Eco foam right out of the box . Is this level of compression normal for a brand-new pair, or did I get a defective unit? Has anyone else seen this on their pair? Should I exchange them or just get to running? Thanks!

Got Asics GT-2000 13 for 3.7k

Coped during the recent flipkart sale. I was very much skeptical about the huge discount but since OBD was available I took a chance.

I thought they were pushing the old stocks but it turned out these shoes were manufactured in March 2026. It's made in india but the work is top notch. No glue marks or any loose stitches, perfectly done and fit same as I got from the store.

The shoes are authenticated with poizon and I personally looked for various things with the help of a fellow redditor u/Current_Necessary366 ♥️

And to my biggest surprise the box was almost in perfect condition 😭 shocked!!

The Seller is HSAtlastradeFashion.

Looking forward to test these on the road.

Nimbus 27 for 4.7k

I did the poizon test that is showing status as PASS.The shoes has a label of being made in Indonesia. Although flipkart had listed origin country as Vietnam.

Is the poizon test reliable? Is there any other check I can do to validate better? The quality of upper mesh does not seem top notch, though it's not bad. The quality of sole and foam seems satisfactory.

In the end I got it for 3.2k Why 3.2k...??? Listing price was 4.7k at the time of sale Also there was a discount that brought amount = 4.3k I also had a 990rs flipkart gift card balance so came down to 3.3k And a 5% cashback, so, eventually 3.2k

Ordered ASICS Gel Nimbus 27 from Flipkart (seller: HSAtlasTradeFashion)

Ordered ASICS Gel Nimbus 27 from Flipkart (seller: HSAtlasTradeFashion) at a discount. It’s an open-box delivery and my friend will receive it on my behalf.

There are two prices on same time. I have ordered from 50% off. Is it usual or i got scammed?

I was ordering cumulus 27 it got out of stock. So i ordered this.

People who’ve ordered from this seller before:

* How was your experience? Did you receive original or fake pairs?

* What exact things should we check during OBD?

I know replicas nowadays look almost identical, so I mainly want to know comfort/cushioning checks, SKU verification, tongue label details, etc.

Would really appreciate feedback before accepting delivery.

Need suggestions for good running + gym shoes under ₹8k

I recently ordered ASICS Gel Nimbus 27 from Flipkart (seller: HS Atlas Fashion), but after seeing mixed reviews about the seller, I’m thinking of cancelling/returning if something feels off on delivery.

Now I’m looking for alternatives under ₹7-8k. My usage will be:

Running

Gym workouts

Daily wear/casual sometimes

Currently considering:

Asics hyper speed 5 running

Asocs fujispeed 4 running shoes

Adidas Supernova ease

Nike pegasus

Adidas Pureboost 5

Please suggest the best all-rounder shoes available on Myntra/Ajio/official sites. Size UK 9.

Would really appreciate genuine recommendations from runners/sneaker users here.

First time buying ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 — Passed Poizon authentication, is that enough for confirmation?

Hey everyone,

Just received my ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 today. This is my first time buying premium/luxury running shoes, so I was a bit nervous about authenticity.

I checked the pair myself and also ran the Poizon authentication test, and it passed. The quality, cushioning, stitching, and overall feel seem genuine to me as well.

Just wanted to ask the community — is passing the Poizon check generally considered reliable enough for confirmation, or are there any other things I should still verify?

Would appreciate suggestions from experienced ASICS buyers. Thanks!

I have a budget of around 6k, which running shoe should i buy. (trying to start Running)

Are these good? Please help as I'm trying to start running. I am trying to run at least twice a week , and other days for Badminton.

I may run around the football field (grass and sometimes sand ) or road running. I haven't started yet but my areas are almost all uphill.

What's your opinion on this ?

Haven't bought a shoe in over 7 years... Been saving up for some time now and I like the look of it. I do occasional runs, i won't be using it everyday but would be using it occasionally.. is it good for price ? Or should I wait for it to go down even more, If it does ?

Got GT 2000 13 for 8k from AJIO.

Took running seriously recently. Asked for help in deciding the shoes in this sub only.

Could've gotten these for ~7.5-7.8k today onwards but it's fine. Gonna use them tomorrow morning. Extremely excited!

Need Help Verifying My Orange ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 — Real Outlet Surplus or 1st copy?

Hey everyone,

I recently bought a pair of ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 from a local thrift/outlet-type market store for summer use. The shoe is almost completely orange, including the outsole, with a little black detailing.

I’ve already compared it with online photos, AI/image searches, and a few reviews, and the design looks quite close to original pairs. The seller mentioned it might be outlet surplus stock, but I’m still unsure because the fully orange bottom looks a bit unusual to me.

The comfort and cushioning actually feel really good, which makes me think it could be genuine, but I still wanted opinions from people who know ASICS better.

Can anyone help me verify:

* Whether this colorway officially exists?

* If the all-orange outsole is normal?

* What are the best ways to properly check authenticity for Gel-Nimbus 27?

I’ll attach photos below. Any help would be appreciated.
