I have a Samsung A 17 that i recently dropped into a pool then let it sit in a bag of rice over night and half the next day. it has turned on and is charging but the screen doesn't work, i plan to put it back into the rice after it hits like 60%, I can't shut it off or restart it as that requires me to touch the screen(to click restart after holding down the volume down and power button)
